Before benefiting from the products and services offered through www.gaddot.com (“Website”), Member Users must accept this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement. The Terms of Use contained in the Agreement also apply to other Users and Visitors who do not have Member status. As long as you visit, use and benefit from the Website, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the extent appropriate to your status.

1. Rules of Use and Security
1.1 Creating a member registration is free of charge. Members, unlike non-members, benefit advantageously from the products and services offered through the Website in certain periods.
1.2 Members, other Users and Visitors are obliged to comply with the following rules during their stay on the Website, otherwise the Website management may prevent them from using the address and may initiate legal action against them.
1.2.a It is forbidden to post false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, information that contains expressions that do not comply with the general rules of morality and contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey as comments (content) on the Website.
1.2.b. All rights on the design, functions, working principle, visual and written content of the Site belong to GADDOT KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and cannot be copied and used, even partially, without permission from these persons.
1.2.c. Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password information they set when creating a member registration. The relevant Member User is directly responsible for any damages that may occur due to sharing this information with third parties and organizations and making it available to them.
1.2.d Member Users and other Users should not use someone else's IP address, e-mail address, username and similar personal data during the product purchase process. Otherwise, this may constitute “identity theft” and legal action may be taken against you. Persons who act contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liability.
1.2.e It is forbidden to take actions that threaten the security of the Site, to prevent the operation of the functions on the Site, to use software, to try to obtain the information contained on the Site and its interface outside the control of the Site management. Persons who violate this provision are deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liability.

2. Responsibilities
2.1 The information of the Site Visitors (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to make the operation of the Site efficient and to improve product/service quality. This information is shared with the companies we cooperate with in digital advertising and marketing in order to improve the content Visitor and User experiences by adhering to the data protection legislation.
2.2 The Member User, who creates a member registration, can start using the Site by entering his e-mail address and password in accordance with this Agreement after filling in the sections required for registration and confirming his e-mail address.
2.3 The User agrees to comply with the Turkish Criminal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of notices to be published on www.gaddot.com while using the products and services available on the Site. Any legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise due to use contrary to these notices and legislation belongs to the User.
2.4 If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement and the Notices published on the Site, the User may be prevented from using the Site for a period of time or indefinitely and/or the Member User registration may be closed.
2.5 The Member User, other Users and Visitors may not act to prevent or make it difficult for each other to use the Site, install and lock automatic programs on servers or databases. They may not attempt to cheat. It accepts all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise if it is found.
2.6 The User may not delete or remove copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights on any digital or printed material obtained through the Site.
2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be made by the Member User through the Site. The Membership Record of the User who terminates his membership is terminated.
2.8 Different rules and obligations specific to that area may be announced in certain areas of the Site. Persons who benefit from these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as specified in provision 2.3 of this Agreement.
2.9 Personal data of Member Users, other Users and Visitors are processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these persons are required to read the “Clarification Notice” on the website.
2.10. The Member User and other Users are deemed to have accepted that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) used in the purchases they will make on the Site are correct and that the legal and criminal liability arising from them belongs to them. Member Users consent to the use of the payment information they save in the member transaction area in subsequent purchases.

3. Notification Addresses
3.1 Site Member Users and other Users agree that the e-mail address they provide is the official correspondence and notification address, and that the written address required for subsequent correspondence may be requested and notified through this channel. Any changes to the electronic mail address must be notified to the Site administration.
3.2 Any notification to be made to the registered e-mail address of the Member User and other User shall be deemed to have reached the relevant User 1 (one) day after the electronic mail is sent by GADDOT KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
