Shipping and Delivery Policy

All your orders are securely shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. Orders placed on weekdays and Saturdays before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day, and deliveries are made to your registered address within 1 to 5 business days. Please make sure to check the accuracy and completeness of your delivery address before placing an order.

When receiving your shipment, we recommend checking the condition of your package together with the courier. If you notice any damage such as crushing, tearing, wetness, or any other unexpected issue, please do not accept the package and request the courier to prepare a damage assessment report. In such cases, the package will be directly returned to us for processing.

In accordance with legal regulations, recipient details such as name, surname, and Turkish ID number are recorded during delivery. For foreign customers, a passport number or an internationally valid identification number is required. These details are securely stored in compliance with privacy principles and are only shared with authorized authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to share identification details, the shipment cannot be delivered, and the return process will be initiated.

Return Process

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days along with the invoice or delivery note. You can easily complete the return process through any Yurtiçi Kargo branch using your unique return code: 1146583017.

Returned products are inspected by us, and if they meet the required conditions, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Your refund will be completed within 14 (fourteen) days after your return request is approved, depending on your bank's processing time.
